NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that certain Parcel Map entitled "Parcel Map 683-90" filed
for record on June 5, 1991 in Book 152 of Parcel Maps, at Page 45, Contra Costa
County Records, is corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act and Sections 66469, 66470, 66471, and 66472 of the Subdivision Map Act as
follows:
On Sheet 2, the shown location of the Certificate of Correction recorded on
June 20, 1977 in Book 8382, at Page 531, Official Records of Contra Costa County
across Parcel C being a four (4) foot wide Public Utilities Easement (P.U.E.) is incorrect.
The correct location of the four (4) foot wide P.U.E. is across the frontage of all lots,
adjacent to the streets Buchanan Court and St. Paul Circle.
The name of fee owner at time of recordation of Parcel Map:
Ruth L. Buchanan (**), William E. Buchanan (**) and Joann K. Buchanan
(**) Individually and as Trustees for Ruth L. Buchanan and William E. Buchanan under
