<br />AREA DESIGNATED 'TEMPORARY GRADING RESERVE EASEMENT' OR 'T.G.R.E.' LOCATED

<br />REMAINDER LAND TO THE SOUTH TO REMOVE AND REPLACE FENCING 'WITHIN THE

<br />TO GRADE AND ALTER THE EXISTING GRADES AND CONTOUR OF THE GROUND WITHIN

<br />SOUTH SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE SUCH OWNERS OF LOTS 30 THRU 44
